Wilfred runs weekly auto-evaluations against the outcomes you set during intake. He routes work to the right specialist, escalates anything that needs human judgment to your success manager, and sends you a monthly recap. If a specialist stops performing, Wilfred swaps them — no re-onboarding cycle for you.
